Dickson Middle School is hosting a Back to School Night on August 14th from 5–7 PM at 7301 Schoyer Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15218. The event includes opportunities to meet school principals, learn about programs and services, access community resources, and enjoy light refreshments.

Dickson Middle School will host an Open House on August 26, 2025, from 6–8 PM. Families are invited to visit the school, meet staff, and learn more about the upcoming school year.

Registration is now open for the Woodland Hills Youth Soccer Association. Visit https://www.woodlandhillssoccer.org/ to learn more and sign up for the fall.

The Metro Community Health Center Mobile Clinic will be back in the district on Monday, August 4 and Monday, August 18 to provide important immunization services and medical services prior to the start of the school year.

The Woodland Hills School District administration is in the process of permanently moving all operations out of its current administration building and into available space at the high school. Please see the attached letter for more information.

Congratulations to the future Woodland Hills Class of 2029!

Eighth graders from Dickson Preparatory STEAM Academy took the next big leap in their educational journey as they are now on the move to high school. Students were joined by their families, loved ones, teachers, and district administrators for a promotion ceremony held on Thursday, May 29 at the high school.
