Eighth graders from Dickson Preparatory STEAM Academy are officially on their way to becoming high school students following their promotion ceremony on Wednesday, May 27. Students were joined by their families, friends, and loved ones as they packed the high school auditorium for the festivities.

After a whirlwind couple of days in St. Louis, two Woodland Hills VEX Robotics teams have returned home from the VEX Robotics World Championships with valuable experience in their pockets and plenty of stories to tell.

Later this month, a pair of Woodland Hills VEX Robotics teams will head to the World Championships in St. Louis. On Tuesday, the students on those teams were celebrated with a special pep rally with their Dickson classmates.

VEX Robotics teams shine at Western PA State Championships as two teams qualify for World Championships

Middle school team Hardwired and elementary school team Robotic Wolverines are headed to the World Championships in St. Louis following their performances at the state championships.
